Of all the websites, on all of the internet, you’ve stumbled onto mine. How delightful!
I'm 26 and currently living in London and I like to make stuff happen. I recently completed my masters dissertation in development studies at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. My dissertation evaluated the implementations and outcomes of human-centred design in the lives of informal traders by looking at an area known as Warwick Junction in Durban.
I am also a professional photographer working both locally and internationally. I enjoy organising events and conferences, running side businesses, and I occasionally develop film in my bathroom. The internet fascinates me, coffee sustains me and travel thrills me.
Now that I'm a grown up, I’d love to work for a design consultancy that believes that design thinking and human centred design has the power to change the world. And maybe own a houseboat.
I recently completed my Masters degree in Development Studies at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. My dissertation titled aims to showcase how and why human-centred design was implemented in the development of Warwick Junction and the informal traders working there and hopes to contribute to the sparse research on how Design Thinking is being used in development, and what lessons might be learnt for future attempts.
I've been photographing for 4 years and I love it. I really really do. I love being able to capture sincere, honest and warm moments between couples, families, and people. Please take a wander around this website and see some of the lovely stories I've been honoured to be a part of. Please do get in touch if you would like to work together, locally or internationally.
I've had the pleasure of being involved in some wonderful projects and businesses over the last few years.
Visit the projects page to find out more about each of them.
